This study examines the impact of cooperative organizations on the socio-economic integration of rural women in the province of Taounate (Morocco), assessing its social, economic, and decision-making dimensions. To this end, a quantitative approach was adopted, using a structured questionnaire administered to a sample of 100 women cooperative members, selected through purposive and snowball sampling. Subsequently, data were analyzed using SPSS software with Chi-square tests. Overall, the results show a statistically significant relationship between cooperative engagement and socio-economic integration. In particular, women most satisfied with their living conditions perceive cooperative work as a factor improving their social status. Furthermore, cooperative participation enhances decision-making autonomy and independent problem-solving abilities. Thus, the study provides empirical evidence of the role of cooperatives as spaces for empowerment and identity construction in rural areas. Finally, it highlights the need for structural support to maximize their impact, while opening research perspectives on territorial disparities and gender dynamics
