The Arab knowledge society is witnessing radical transformations in its cultural system, especially the linguistic system related to the cognitive structure of linguistic thought related to the Arabic language. The technological revolution resulted in the birth of a relationship between language and computers, through which engineers tried to standardize the systematic structure of language and borrow the mental processing of it computer-wise, which resulted in Cognitive and inter-systematic problems at both levels, the level of the natural language system of humans, and the level of the computer system of the machine, which necessitated work on approaching the relationship of language to the computer from two angles: a cognitive angle that addresses the structure of mental thinking of language, and a computational angle that addresses the structure of computer thinking of information, so the process of computer metaphor It witnessed an advanced boom that reached the point of creativity. Artificial intelligence took a bold turn in its dealings with language, which calls for discussing the issue of simulation of the functions of the mind by the artificial mind of the computer.
