Guarding Integrity

We Preserve Academic Integrity Taking a Firm Stand Against Plagiarism

Plagiarism is not acceptable in the Science Step Journal submissions and publications. After the submission, authors are requested to declare the originality of their work by properly citing, re-using, or copying previous publications. If plagiarism is detected during the peer review process, the manuscript would be rejected. If plagiarism is detected after publication, the publisher has the right to issue an erratum/corrigendum or retract the paper.
The Science Step Editorial team scans the content of the papers for plagiarism using specialized software.

Reporting Plagiarism

If any instance of suspected plagiarism is identified within the submissions, our dedicated team investigates the matter promptly and takes appropriate action. We encourage users to report any concerns or suspicions regarding plagiarism to our team, allowing us to maintain the integrity and credibility of the research published on our platform.

Together, we can build a scholarly community that upholds the principles of academic integrity and fosters originality in research. By promoting ethical practices and deterring plagiarism, we ensure the advancement of knowledge and maintain the trust that is essential for the progress of the scientific endeavor.
