This article is based on the descriptive-analytical approach, adopting in its construction the psycho-cognitive and psychosociological approaches. The importance of this article lies a lot on the lack and the scarcity of scientific research related to Moroccan sports issued, including the training and continuous development of sports coaches and mentors as well as journalists who are interested most in sports.

It also encompasses the didactic and pedagogical framework for guiding children and youth towards becoming future champions. They are as a reserve army who are considered as human models able to meet future sports challenges while integrating socially. In this article, we tried to highlight the comparison between individual sports performance and collective sports performance, and the extent of their integration. With regard to individual performance, we employ a modern theoretical approach, the psycho-cognitive approach, to explain and clarify how individuals can engage cognitively in problem-solving situations. We explore how practitioners behave and confront situations, how can they process information in complex sports situations, and how they find appropriate solutions easily.

In conclusion, evaluating an individual’s sports performance should not only rely on measuring his intellectual abilities, technical and tactical skills, and physical fitness level. It must also take into consideration his presence as a member within a network of interactive social relationships, Because this aspect has an impact on productivity and performance.
